In this example, we were working with a client to furnish their basically empty living room. Our goal was to design a comfortable, chic, yet family friendly room to entertain or just enjoy and relax. We added a comfy chaise for reading or relaxing and accent pillows to pull in the blue of the chaise and red rug.

Client's wanted to update their dated Living Room. Since they love color and art work, our design goal was to purchase more muted upholstery fabrics and rug and let the new art work, pillows and accessories be the focal points.
Traditional Living Room | Wilton, CT
Fairfield County, Connecticut country home. Comfortable yet elegant. Dual matching sofas flank the client’s fireplace. Wing and Chippendale chairs provide additional comfortable seating. Oriental Oushak rug warms the wood plank floors.
Contemporary Living Room | Manhattan, NY
Manhattan bachelor apartment. Sectional sofa and oversized pull up ottoman provide seating for T.V. gatherings and parties. Coffee table has a unique bronze raku top. Tibetan rug adds to the contemporary aesthetic. Flat screen T.V. and stereo equipment appear to “float” off the wall with use of a structural panel that has been painted the same as the walls.

New Construction. Light and airy living room exudes a casual elegance. Chaise provides a cozy spot to curl up and read a book.

Client moved from California where they had light, airy modern furniture, which was more suited for the warmer climate. Their new home is an older traditional colonial. The new furniture, oriental rug and drapery created a more sophisticated environment. The blue and yellow “leopard” print ottoman provided additional seating as well as a whimsical accent piece. Cabinetry was designed and built to conceal audio visual equipment.
