I attended the Art & Antique Show held at the Armory in NYC last week. As you can imagine, there were lots of beautiful fine art and jewelry. I spent some time at two of the more unusual booths – The Antique American Wicker, and The Silver Fund.

The Antique American Wicker features an extensive wicker collection representing authentic American hand-woven furnishings from 1850-1930, as well as unique selection of 19th & 20th century porch and garden accessories.

Another exceptional booth was The Silver Fund, which showcased Georg Jensen & 20th century silver. However, my eye caught this fabulous Murano vase with etchings that resembled works by Rene Lalique.

The next show is the International Fine Arts and Antique Show at the Armory October 21-27th.
